While Nationwide,woes and fears have surfaced about an eminent crash in the real estate market, and the looming hesitation of a pending election, Idaho Falls is holding strong in its real estate market.
Eastern Idaho, in my opinion, is in its own protective bubble, backed by optimism perceived by the population. We know that this is a great place to live and our homes hold their assumed value.
This is also a great Community that has acquired its own independence from the rest of the country by, in most sense of the word, being self sufficient. The pride in ownership and the planning of a better future has made the collective eastern Idaho its own guidance and command.
Idaho, in general has always stood strong, with a stance of pride and conservative nature that will prevail amongst the toughest of times. We are the people that make a difference. We are the makings of our own eminent future.
